• Two preventive cleanings per year (Prophylaxis), routine exams including oral cancer evaluation, and bitewing X-rays at no additional charge
• 20–30% off our standard office fees
• $500 off Invisalign clear braces
• 15–20% off cosmetic dental procedures
• 20% off preventive dental products, including toothpaste, gels, and mouthwash
• Emergency evaluation fee waived when treatment is recommended and completed the same day

• Annual fee: $299 per individual

Payment & Membership Policies

To maintain the benefits of the Dental Savings Plan, the following policies apply:

• Annual membership fee must be paid in full at the time of enrollment via cash or credit card
• Membership is valid for one year from the date of payment
• All fees for treatment are due at the time of service
• Membership may be terminated or treatment refused if dues are not paid or the account becomes delinquent
